learn the Vim® 4M1S Framework™

The Oldest Idea in Investing.

Our philosophy is built on a single, sobering truth: If you have to be there for your money to work, you don't own an asset. You own a job.

Most veteran business owners treat the stock market like a casino — not for lack of intelligence, but because no one ever showed them how to read a listed company the way they read their own.

The 4M1S Framework™ is that missing discipline: four M's — Mindset, Management, Mathematical Sense, Money Management — and one S: Strategy.

1. Mindset: The Owner's Lens
Temperament beats intellect,m it's the first thing we train. When you buy a stock, you aren't buying a ticker symbol; you are buying a piece of a real business with real employees and real customers. If you can't sleep well while owning it, you shouldn't own it.

2. Management & Business: Quality First
A great business run by dishonest people is a bad investment. A bad business run by geniuses usually stays a bad business. We look for both quality and integrity: excellent companies run by honest, capable leaders. We teach you to look past the sales pitch — into compensation structures, capital allocation, and the qualitative truth of the company.

3. Mathematical Sense: The Price We Pay Matters
As Ben Graham said, "In the short run, the market is a voting machine. In the long run, it is a weighing machine." Hype can drive a stock up 400%, but if the fundamentals aren't there, the weighing machine eventually renders its verdict. We don't guess value — we calculate it, using three specific valuation methods, so we never overpay for a great business.

4. Money & Portfolio Management: The Art of Sizing
You don't get rich just by being right; you get rich by being right and having a significant position. If your winner is only 2% of your portfolio, it won't change your life. If your loser is 40%, it will break you. We focus on allocation — knowing exactly how much cash to hold, and how to deploy it so your wins have a higher chance to outpace your losses.

5. Strategy: Matching the Tool to the Task
Every opportunity is unique. There are ten distinct types of opportunities in the market. Some reward holding for a decade; others require a surgical exit. Sometimes the right tool is a Buffett-style options strategy, like selling cash-secured puts on a company you'd be glad to own at a lower price; other times, it's a simple buy-and-hold. We teach you which strategy fits which company.
